Are your products food-safe or heat-resistant?
While our décor pieces are sturdy, PLA has a relatively low melting point. We recommend keeping items away from direct heat sources (like hot dishwashers or car dashboards in summer). Our vases are intended for dry or artificial flowers unless specified as 'water-tight.'
Will my item look exactly like the picture?
Because each piece is 3D printed layer by layer, minor variations in texture, color, and visible 'layer lines' are normal. These are not defects but rather a unique characteristic of the 3D printing process that gives each item its modern, industrial charm.
How long does it take to make my order?
Since we don't just pull items off a shelf, each piece is printed specifically for you. Our standard production time is 2–5 business days before shipping.
Can I request a custom color or size?
We love custom projects! If you see a design you like but want it in a specific color or a different scale to fit your space, please contact us at example@gmail.com and we'll do our best to make it happen.
What material do you use for your 3D prints?
We primarily use high-quality PLA (Polylactic Acid), which is a durable, lightweight, and eco-friendly thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! While we are based in Texas, we offer worldwide shipping. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the product, and we will send a replacement immediately.
