RETURNS

Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of our 3D printed products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once approved, we will offer one of the following:

A replacement of the item at no additional cost
A partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Normal variations in color, texture, or layer lines (due to 3D printing)
Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality
Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer
Delays caused by shipping carriers

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already started, and cancellation will not be possible.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
