To process your request, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once approved, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement of the item at no additional cost
- A partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Normal variations in color, texture, or layer lines (due to 3D printing)
- Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality
- Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already started, and cancellation will not be possible.
